Who we are

The Dynamic and Active Systems Lab is located in the mechanical engineering department at Northern Arizona University. We specialize in self-reliant systems, energy harvesting, bio-inspiration, and the integration of engineering system and biology.

See the ongoing research that is being done such as energy harvesting for wildlife monitoring, UAV radio telemetry, or artificial muscle systems.

See papers that have been published at various conferences, symposiums, or journals.
